My father is the epitome of hard work and dedication. His unwavering commitment to growth and self-improvement is truly inspiring and has taught me a lot about what it is to be a man. He has shaped me into the person I am today, and for that, I am eternally grateful. His selflessness and sacrifice for others have touched many lives and set a powerful example for me to follow. If I could become even a fraction of the man he is, I would consider myself incredibly blessed. His influence and love have been the guiding light in my life, and I am proud to call him my father.

Meet my dad: the smartest, kindest, gentlest, and most humble man you will ever meet. His wealth of knowledge is unmatched. I’ve always been attached to my dad, and I still am. Some of my favorite memories with Baba include watching The Lion King every morning before school in Egypt, walking home together after he picked me up from school, and our Starbucks study dates from third grade until now. To this day, I still get texts from him saying "Hakuna Matata" to remind me of our life motto. Our quality time consists of theological chats over Turkish coffee at our kitchen table. My dad's passion for theological studies, comparative religion, and serving the country has shaped who I am today. I followed in his footsteps into Federal Law Enforcement as an Agent, and my favorite books are on religious studies. I cannot express enough gratitude for this wonderful man as my father and best friend!

My mom is the most hardworking woman I have ever met in my life. She’s a modern-day superwoman, balancing countless responsibilities with grace and strength. Her heart of gold shines through in everything she does, always smiling and laughing, bringing joy to everyone around her. She has boundless love and would give the skin off her back for us if it meant we were happy. Her unwavering support and faith in me are the reason I have become the man I am today. My beautiful Mommy. She is the most selfless woman I have ever known, loving with all her heart. My mom has always been my best friend, and her hugs are all I need on any given day. Some of my favorite memories with her are when she took my brother and me to practices, church, weekend trips to NY, or anywhere we wanted to go; she was always ready to spend time with us. My mom has instilled in us a love for family quality time. Her favorite moments were when my brother, Dad, and I played Bible Trivia over dinner while she served us food; she always puts others before herself. To this day, she still wakes up extra early to make us each lunch! I've hardly ever seen her rest or put herself above me, Mark, or Dad. She ensured my brother and I had everything we needed or wanted, even before we could ask. She is our biggest supporter and cheerleader. Her unwavering faith has fueled us to work hard and believe in ourselves. I love you so much, Mama! Thank you for everything you've done for us!

Mina is also incredibly hardworking, resourceful, and handy. Whether it’s fixing something around the house or coming up with creative solutions to problems, he always knows what to do. He has been the most influential role model in my life for as long as I can remember, and he's someone I continually aspire to emulate. I couldn’t imagine standing at the altar without him by my side. His presence means the world to me, and I’m incredibly grateful to have him as my best man.

Marianne has been the sister I’ve admired since childhood! Her impeccable style, strong work ethic, and incredible cooking skills have always made her my role model. Although there are thousands of miles between us, and the time of the day is always opposite for us, Marianne never misses a day to check in on me. Her positivity and selflessness are unmatched. She truly is the most positive and selfless person I know. Marianne is the cousin that took care of us all and is the glue of our family! She, and her brother Andrew, would have surprised Me and Mark by paying us several summer visits all the way from Australia! The measures she takes to show her love are unlike any I’ve ever seen!

Monica, my elder sister, is the inspiration behind my old interests in French, music, and reading—interests that remain dear to me today. Her impact on these hobbies came from her role as a model to emulate; I followed in her footsteps not due to her advice, but because I aspired to be like her. She excelled academically, worked diligently, and always had my back. I have a vivid memory of her defending me against a bully once. As I lay on the ground, she stepped in, exclaiming, "No one does that to my brother!" Despite her average height, she stood towering like a hero in my eyes. Today, she is an extraordinary mother to three wonderful children, who are indeed fortunate. My love for her is boundless, and I am immensely proud of the woman she has become. She remains an inspiration to me to this very day.

I think one of the hardest things about getting married is not living with my brother anymore. My brother, Mark, and I have a six-year age gap. I will never forget how much I prayed for a sibling, and when God blessed me with him, I felt complete and beyond ecstatic! I can't express my love for him enough. I would do anything for my Markie. Despite graduating college, excelling in his career, and pursuing a Master's degree in Theological studies, Mark will always be "baby Markie" to me. I don't know how I would have gotten through life without our late-night chats, physical fights, bathroom battles, yelling at each other to be quiet and sleep, and bonding over family talks! My friends still tease me for acting like Mark is infallible, but I know him to be the kindest soul! He is full of talent, strength, and wisdom beyond his years. I love you so much, Markie. Thank you for all that you do for me! My best friend for life.

Curcur has one of the biggest hearts I have ever seen. She is also the foundation of our girl friend group; whenever she is around, laughter is guaranteed. She cares for each of us so deeply!
