When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 10th. Late RSVPs may not be able to be accommodated as final guest counts will have already been given to our vendors.

Can I bring a guest with me?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, it will say “ & guest” on your invitation. Thank you for understanding, and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Are kids invited?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include names of the children who are invited. While we love your little ones, we encourage you to use this as a “night out” for yourself!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The official dress code is semi-formal required, formal preferred. Please reserve hues of green for the wedding party!

What do I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “not attending” so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once ceremony begins, we ask that phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the moments, which we will absolutely share with you.

Where can I park?

Our venue offers valet parking starting at 4:30pm.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be taking place indoors but feel free to walk around and enjoy the beautiful grounds of Crossed Keys Estate!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to ensure that you’re able to find the venue and settle in before it begins. Please do not arrive more than 30 minutes prior, as valet will not be available yet.

If I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have any concerns regarding a food allergy please contact us as soon as possible. Vegans will be publicly shamed but appropriately accommodated.
