FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best semi-formal attire. Please no jeans/denim & avoid shades of white. Click the "Gallery" tab for outfit inspo!

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate with you in Tobago! We love your children and understand you may be traveling with them this weekend. However, we've planned our wedding reception as an adults-only event, with the exception of the children listed on your invitation. Your children are more than welcome to come and part-take in the events/activities in the days before or day after the wedding.

Question

When do we need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 9th. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume that you are unable to attend.

Question

What if I didn't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided it will automatically be marked as "no". We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The cocktail hour/reception will begin at 4:00pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the celebrations to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

Parking will be organized away from the villa designated by TPL Security. A shuttle service will be organized to transport guest to and from the parking area/villa.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all cell phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! Please arrange transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking. We want all our loved ones to make it home safe!

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, reception and cocktail hour will be outdoors.

Question

I have a question not answered. How do I contact you?

Answer

If you have any questions that aren't covered here, don't hesitate to call or text us. We appreciate you taking the time to read through this, and we hope it helps address concerns you may have!
