Shay and I met when we were just two years old when my family moved in across the street from hers. Over the years we became part of each other’s families, we spent many Christmas days together, birthdays, had sleepovers as often as possible and even joined each other’s family trips (including a trip to Disney). Shay is not just my best friend, she’s my sister. She is someone who I know will (and has) dropped everything to be there when I need it the most. We have gone from playing with dolls, to talking about boys to getting to be each other’s maid of honour. Shay, I am so glad you have found the love of your life and I am so honoured to stand by your side on your wedding day!

Shay and I met on the first day of high school at Blyth Academy, and we instantly clicked. From early morning swim practices, late nights at the rink, dancing on tables in Gatineau, to supporting each other through the hard times, even flying across the country to see each other when we needed it most. Shayshay is a friend that I know I can always count on, and proof that friendship knows no distance! I’m pretty sure we dreamed of standing beside each other at our weddings back in grade 9. I’m so excited to stand beside you on your big day and celebrate your and Dante’s love story!

I first met Dante as a teenager when he stopped me to say he liked my bright yellow BMX, and from there we became good friends biking around Long Sault and playing paintball. We drifted apart for a while when I went off to school, but years later I ran into him at the gym through a mutual friend and we picked up right where we left off. Since then, we’ve grown closer than ever, and he has become a man I am happy to call my brother

Shay and I met through Korry and Dante. The boys were spending more and more time together, so Shay reached out and asked me to take a spin class with her. We instantly clicked and have been inseparable ever since! Shay is like a best friend, but more. Shay has become that friend that knows everything about me— my biggest hopes, dreams, and insecurities. Shay has also been my biggest supporter and cheerleader while navigating the trials of becoming a parental figure for my step daughter. She has been my first phone call for every milestone and every challenging moment. I am so incredibly honoured to be part of her special day and watch her and Dante start their forever!
