Although we love your little ones, this is an adult-only affair.
To help you identify members of the wedding party, and for those who are curious (or want to avoid dressing in the same colours as the wedding party) the bridesmaids will be wearing silk pink dresses, and the groomsmen will be wearing navy blue suits.
We ask that you please provide your RSVP by May 15th, 2023 at the latest so we can provide our numbers and meal selections to our venue, The Chanterelle. A formal wedding invitation will be mailed approximately three months prior to the wedding. Guests can RSVP through this website.
There will be two featured cocktails to honor our beloved dogs Hazel and Buckley (who cannot attend.) Select bottles of wine, beer and the bar rail will be available for your pleasure. If you would like a premium cocktail that is not featured, there will be a fee associated.
Absolutely! Justin and Shay have booked off the week before the wedding to visit with out-of-town guests. Please send a message to either the bride or groom, we would love to visit. Please note that Justin and Shay will be leaving for their honeymoon on June 25th.
The reception meal will consist of individually plated meals, guests will be allowed to select from two main entrees. The appetizers, first course, and dessert will be the same for everyone. The dessert table will be available from 9 pm and onwards with a late-night snack being served around 10:30 pm.
When you RSVP for the event you will have the option of adding dietary restrictions. There will be a marker on your place card to inform the staff about your dietary restrictions. I encourage you to remind the server once you arrive, just to be extra safe!
