Guests and attendees must make reservations prior to Tuesday, April 2, 2024 (30 days prior to event). Guests must identify the “Larson-Terrin” wedding to receive a special rate. Room rates are per night, single or double occupancy. Room tax 10.75% and a $22.00 resort fee per night includes valet parking, in-room coffee/tea service, bottled water, newspaper, bathrobes, sauna, hot tub, indoor pool and fitness center. There will be 75 available rooms blocked. Check in time is 3:00 - please arrange for early check in if needed.

Other information regarding travel:

We highly suggest flying either into A. El Paso International Airport in El Paso, TX or B. Albuquerque International Sunport in Albuquerque, NM to have the best access to rental cars to drive into Ruidoso/Mescalero, NM. From either destination, it is about a 2.5-3 hour drive. El Paso is slightly closer. There is a small airport in Roswell, NM, but flights may be limited. We also highly suggest carpooling with other attendees that arrive at similar times to either airport to cut down on travel costs.
