Proposal
May 30th 2019
Steven proposed to Shayla on her 29th birthday at their regular Wednesday night stomping grounds, Skateland. As everyone circled up to sing the hokey pokey song, Steven made his big move. He slid into the middle of the circle on one knee where Shayla was standing and he popped open a ring box. Meanwhile, friends and family were standing by holding up large signs that read "Will you marry me?" Shayla almost went head over heels in her skates with excitement and surprise. After she said "yes" they celebrated with a kiss and all the little kids at Skateland screamed and cried for the happy couple. Shayla says she will never forget that birthday. Good luck topping that one, Steven.
