We're getting married!

We met 10 years ago in college, where we first became friends and shared an instant connection. Life eventually took us in different directions, and we lost touch when she moved to Houston. Years later, in 2020, we reconnected on Instagram and what started as catching up quickly turned into something more. The conversation flowed effortlessly, old feelings resurfaced, and soon we were spending hours on FaceTime, rebuilding the bond we once had. Not long after, she flew to Detroit for our first official visit, where we shared our first date at Bubba 33s. That moment marked the beginning of something we both knew felt different. We did long distance for a while before she made the decision to move back to Michigan to be together. From that point on, we’ve been inseparable, choosing each other, growing together, and building a life side by side. On September 8, 2024, we shared a beautiful evening beginning with dinner at Ocean Prime, followed by a private helicopter ride. The night ended at The Westin Hotel, where he proposed in an intimate and unforgettable moment just for the two of us. She said yes. From long-distance calls and flights to a beautiful proposal and being reunited in the same place, our journey has been one of patience, laughter, growth, and faith. Looking back, we truly believe God’s timing was at work, gently guiding us back to each other when the time was right. We feel incredibly blessed that God brought us together again, and we continue to choose each other every single day. We are so excited to begin this next chapter as husband and wife, surrounded by the love of our family and friends.
