What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

You may begin arriving at 3:30pm. Our ceremony will begin at 4:00pm with the reception following directly after. Everyone must leave the venue by 10:00pm.

Is there a dress code?

Semi-formal, please.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we would love to accommodate everyone, please stick to the number allotted on your RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

No, unfortunately, kids are not invited to our wedding. It’s not that we don’t want them there, it’s the fact that we are working within the capacity limitations of our venue. The only kids that will be in attendance will be those of our wedding party. Thank you for understanding!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered at both Zola and Amazon. You can find our registries listed under our “Registry” tab. Please note it is best to send gifts to our listed address instead of bringing them to the wedding itself, as we have moved from Alaska to Colorado. Cards are welcome at the reception.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have two hotel blocks for our wedding. The hotels are Comfort Inn & Suites and Red Lion Inn & Suites McMinnville. Please see our "Travel" tab for more information.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is no shuttle to and from the hotel to the venue. Please note, that Uber will drop you off at the venue, but it WILL NOT pick you back up at the end of the night. (Confirmed by our wedding coordinator at The Barn PNW). *When driving to the venue, there may be an option to take a ferry (depending on the direction from which you are arriving). It is highly recommended to not take the ferry due to unknown variables outside of your control.

Is The Barn PNW smoke free?

Answer

The Barn PNW is a non-smoking venue; however, there is one designated post for smoking if needed.
