How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

Answer

When you get off the plane, you will go through immigration, get your luggage, and then go through customs. On the way out of the airport, ignore all the people (timeshare salespeople) offering you a cab ride. They are very tricky. Do not stop! Keep going until you are outside to get your taxi or pre-arranged transfer (Uber is not available at the airport).

How do I get around town?

Answer

The hotel can help you get a taxi or airport transfer if needed. You can also use Uber easily! This is what I'd recommend if you want to get into town. A lot of drivers are using InDriver in Puerto Vallarta, but we do NOT recommend this, as you are not insured if your driver gets into an accident.
