Ours is a story that began when we were just teenagers, best friends who shared everything- life advice, laughter and dreams. We spent so much time together- everyday was filled with adventures, endless kisses, deep conversations and lots of food. An unforgettable summer romance. Though we were not meant to be at that time, with other priorities pulling us in different directions, we always held a special place for one another. We knew we would reunite again someday.

After parting ways for a few years, fate brought us back together on Shaylene’s 18th birthday, when we connected again on a night out. From that moment, we knew we had found something real. Our bond had only deepened and what started as a reunion blossomed into something neither of us could ignore. It only took a couple of weeks for Jaydan to ask Shaylene to become official on her prom night. From date nights, beach days and mini vacations, we began our relationship journey- making memories, building traditions and cherishing each moment. We were ready to take on the world side by side.

Five years into our relationship, Jaydan popped the question with a beautiful floral arrangement surrounding a romantic dinner setting- lit up, intimate, and simply perfect. At a breathtaking garden-river resort in Bali, Indonesia. It was the easiest ‘yes’ for Shaylene. Eight years of love later and we cannot wait to begin our new adventure as husband and wife!
