We encourage all guests to dress their best beach formal attire. Formal dress code for women includes floor length dresses. Heels, wedges, or dressy flats work well — keep in mind we’ll be on beach for ceremony, so stilettos may be tricky. For men this includes suits (please no jeans).
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event.
Yes! All parts of our celebration — the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception — will take place outdoors by the water to make the most of Clearwater’s beautiful views and beach. December in Florida usually brings mild, comfortable weather, but we’ll have heaters available if it gets chilly in the evening. We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap, just in case!
Yes, there will be complimentary valet available at the venue. We also will be providing a trolley for any guests staying at the hotel. The trolley will provide pick up to ceremony and drop off to hotel at end of night. (We can provide exact pickup and drop off times closer to the date)
We kindly ask that guests put phones and cameras away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present. Our photographer will capture everything, and we’ll share photos afterward!
