Question

Will you have an open bar at the reception?

Answer

A cash bar will be available during cocktail hour to enjoy a refreshing beverage with the hor d'oeuvres. Once dinner begins, we will start a 3 hour open bar period where the drinks will be on us! (please drink responsibly) At the end of the 3 hour period, we will switch back to a cash bar for the remainder of the night. As a side note, the reception venue has a strict policy against bringing outside alcoholic beverages to the venue. Please enjoy the drinks that are provided!

Question

What is the sparkler "send off"? Is the night over after this??

Answer

We are doing a sparkler "send off" as a way to transition from the more formal events of the night to the less formal dancing portion. We hope by doing it this way we can get one last group photo of all of the guests with the bride and groom before people head home for the night if they choose to leave. Afterward the shot, we plan to spend the next couple of hours dancing the night away!
