When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

What should I do if I can’t make it?

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

What's the dress code?
Answer
Semi-formal, we respectfully request that jeans are not worn in any color to the ceremony. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, remember that we want you to be breakin' it down on the dance floor with us so get a lil cozy.

How do I get to the venue?
Answer
There is no cell phone reception near the camp, due to this reason we suggest giving yourself a little extra time to arrive. We will have signage along the following route: Travel 16 miles northwest of Scappoose, via Scappoose Vernonia Hwy. Turn right on Hwy 47. Travel 2.5 miles, and turn right on Apiary Road. Is there cell phone reception?
Answer
NO. The venue is in a secluded location and does not have cell phone reception. Please plan accordingly as it is several miles until reception is restored.

What time should I arrive?

Guests can begin to arrive at 3:30PM and we will begin the ceremony at 4:00PM.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?
Answer
There will be reserved parking for elderly and designated guests. Parking will be directed by attendants located near the driveway. No need to worry about cash for parking, because it's free :)

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be outdoors in a meadow. Our reception will be indoors/outdoors - the lodge is an open faced building. A fire will be present and heaters will be located along the lodge's open wall.

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. There will be signage located near the ceremony location to indicate what items are available for entertainment and their location.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food? Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

YES! We will have plenty of food and beverages for everyone <3 We will have options provided for as many dietary restrictions as possible.
