Can I invite a plus one?

Answer

No! The formal invitation will clearly identify how many seats are reserved in your honor. If there is no plus one on your invitation it means only yourself was invited. Security will be present and entry will not be allowed to guest that are not on the guest list.

Will children be allowed?

Answer

Due to space constraints we are unable to accommodate children between the ages of 2-17 years of age at our wedding. If childcare services are needed please contact our preferred and vetted vendor Black Tie Babysitting. https://blacktiebabysitting.com/services/ or call 214-450-1245. Book early!!!

Will transporation be provided to venue?

Answer

No. Transportation will not be provided to/from venue. If you have to leave your car at the venue overnight and take a ride-share, the vehicle must be picked up by 8:00 am the next morning.

Cash or open bar?

Answer

The bar will be open so we just ask that you tip the bartenders.

Can, I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

In order to let the professionals do their job, we ask that you refrain from pictures during the ceremony. Please tag all photos with the following hashtags #aliuatlast.

Will there be a money spray?

Answer

Of course it’s is Nigerian tradition to shower the couple with dollar bills. So get your singles ready!!! 💸

Will food will be served?

Answer

Yes. We will be collaborating both our Caribbean and Nigerian backgrounds. We will have something for everyone’s taste buds.

What is the weather like in Dallas like in March?

Answer

You just have to flip a coin. Towards the end of March the daytime ranges between 60-80’degrees , clear - cloudy.

Will the ceremony be outdoors?

Answer

Yes. There is a back-up plan in place in case of inclement weather.

When will the reception end? Will there be an after-party?

Answer

The reception will end at approximately 10:00 pm. There will be no after - party hosted by the bride and groom.
