Transportation and Parking

November 8, 2025 3:00 pm A shuttle bus will have 2 drop off times from the Sheraton North Hotel to the Wedding Venue - 2:30pm & 3:10pm. The Shuttle bus from the Venue back to the Hotel will have 2 drop of times - 8:50pm & 9:25pm. For those driving, there is free parking at Valley Country Club. The venue is handicap accessible.

While we love and cherish all the little ones in our lives, we have chosen to include only the children of immediate family in our celebration. Please know we love the little ones in our lives dearly and hope this can be a fun night out for parents.

The attire for our wedding is semi-formal. This will not be enforced at/by our venue. As some portions of the wedding are outdoors, please consider bringing a jacket, shawl or other warm accessory.

Indoor or Outdoor
Answer
Our wedding ceremony will be held outdoor. The reception will be held indoor. In the event of inclement weather, the wedding ceremony will be held indoor. Due to the ceremony being outside in the Fall in Maryland - the weather could be chilly. Please plan accordingly for weather.

Plated Dinner
Answer
When you RSVP - please include/select your food option choice. If any dietary restrictions or allergies, please note when you make your food selection. Salad - Caesar Salad Entree - Choice from: Filet of Beef Tenderloin, Jumbo Lump Crab Cake or Penne Primavera. Served with Seasonal Vegetable and Chef's Potatoes. The Pasta is a vegetarian/vegan option.
