I met a girl. I liked her. She didn’t like me. Yet. We became best friends. Slowly. I asked her out. We dated a while. There were challenges. We persevered. She was ready. I was ready. I bought a ring. I rented a boat. I threw rose petals all over it. I asked her to marry me. She said yes. We kissed. We drank. We celebrated. With her family. With my family. With our friends. The rose petals were hard to clean up. Nonetheless. We are engaged. The exciting part? It’s just the beginning.

A small, farm town in southwestern Wisconsin and a blue-collar, snow-covered city in western New York. That's where this story began. Twists and turns, chances and fate led them together. Through road trips across the country, drives to and from work, and cold ones shared in Section 103 during Marquette games at Fiserv Forum, their bond grew stronger. Bryan and Shawni are both proud graduates of Marquette University. Shawni and Bryan are both highly engaged teammates at Good Karma Brands. Shawni serves as New Market Liaison - traveling coast to coast between ESPN Los Angeles & ESPN New York. Bryan is an award-winning radio host/sports anchor with an extreme inferiority complex. Bryan does all the chores. Shawni buys all the groceries. In his free time, you can catch Bryan running all over Milwaukee. Meanwhile, Shawni is on her 7th time re-watching Grey's Anatomy. Their biggest relationship struggles so far are praying to avoid a Packers vs. Bills Super Bowl and debating Rodgers vs Allen for NFL MVP. Thank you for being a part of our journey!
