If you are flying, we recommend flying in on Friday, September 11th, as the ceremony takes place at 11:30am the next morning. This will also give you a chance to explore the area if you have never been :) Below are some hotel options. If you are traveling with a group, we recommend looking into Airbnb as it seems there is more cost effective options for the entire weekend. Directions to Asbury Park from EWR airport

The driving distance between Newark Airport (EWR) and Asbury Park,NJ is approximately 47-48 miles usually taking about 55-60 minutes via the Garden State Parkway, depending on traffic. Public transportation is available via the NJ Transit North Jersey Coastline Train, which takes about 90 minutes
