Andalusia, also known as the Nicholas Biddle Estate, is a historic mansion and estate located on the Delaware River, just northeast of Philadelphia, in Bensalem Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The community surrounding it, Andalusia, takes its name from the 225-acre estate. Andalusia, situated along the banks of the Delaware River, with its landscape dominated by large specimen shade trees on a lawn surrounding a Greek-Revival mansion, has chosen to use this Greek/ Latin concept as the guiding principle for its Landscape Collections Policy.
