Maid of Honor

Angie is practically an honorary member of the brides family. Melissa and Angie met at a neighborhood pool while playing mermaids before they were even in kindergarten and have remained best friends ever since! Although Melissa never had a sister, she found sisterhood and a best friend for life with Angie. They’re “Cheetah sisters” and stand together through it all. 28ish years of friendship later and we’re forever grateful to have Angie by our side on the day of our wedding.

Ishani Patel

Bridesmaid

Ishani and Melissa have been friends since high school English class in 9th grade. They made a pact years ago to contact each other first whenever they got engaged to the loves of their lives. So… shortly after Shawn popped the question at the top of the Empire State Building, Ishani got the call from Melissa. Ishani is another of the “Cheetah sisters”. She is well known for her hospitality and ability to bring friends together. We are glad to have her with us on our wedding day!

Roselle Javier

Roselle has also been friends with Melissa since 9th grade. She shares Melissa’s love of puns, occasional nerdy references, and always brings a vibrant dynamic to any gathering. Roselle is another “Cheetah sister” to Melissa. From hours of phone conversations to being an unofficial auntie to Lilo it just makes sense to have Roselle with us on our big day.

Matthew McDorman

Best Man

Matthew is Shawn’s closest cousin in age and otherwise. He’s a great example of faithfulness and reliability. The only time he’s unreliable is when Shawn and he agree to stay up all night playing video games. Matt always falls asleep early.

Josh McDorman

Groomsman

As the oldest brother, Josh had always carried a world of responsibility. Despite the extra weight on his shoulders, he still managed to outrun an angry Shawn in their youth. Now older, he doesn’t run quite as much, but he still finds ways to shoulder responsibility and lead.

Kyle McDorman

Kyle is full of talent and charm. There are few things he doesn’t excel at. Everyone is cheering for Kyle to find a girl who can capture his heart. Their future babies will be amazing.

Andi McDorman

Flower Girl

Andi is Shawn’s niece (daughter of Josh and Allison) and will be the most beautiful flower girl! She’s a dancer and beauty queen so naturally she’s going be the best of the best at this role.

Jax McDorman

Ring Bearer

Known for his ability to get into character, Jax is going to be a spectacular ring bearer with his brother! He brings big personality and takes his roles seriously so we have no doubt he’s got Ring Security under control!
