Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will all be hosted indoors.

RSVP deadline?

Answer

All RSVPs were due by May 17, 2025. If you were unable to RSVP, we are so sorry that we will not be able to accommodate you for our special day! Only guests who have RSVP'd and been confirmed on the guest list will be accommodated.

Are there two queen bed options under the "Ervin Wedding" room block?

Answer

Although the deadline for the "Ervin Wedding" room block was June 11th 2025, we encourage you all to go to the main website at https://www.marriott.com/en-us/hotels/atlwu-the-westin-atlanta-gwinnett/overview/ as there are still options based on your preference.

What time does the ceremony begin?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00pm EDT. We recommend arriving by 5:30pm to allow time for parking and seating. No one will be allowed in after the the ceremony begins.

Dress Code?

Answer

The dress code for the wedding is Formal, and there is not a color requirement. However, if you would like a color direction, the colors of our wedding are Lavender, Lilac, Ivory and Champagne. Feel free to wear anything in the purple, pinks and gold family.

May I bring a date with me?

Answer

We can only accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you were allotted a +1, it will be indicated on your invite. No additional persons will be accommodated.

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we love all of the little people, this will be an adults only event with the exception of those that are apart of our ceremony program. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so that you can celebrate with us!
