HOW DO I RESERVE A ROOM ON THE CRUISE?

Answer

Call our travel agent Karen at +1 (954) 557-6274 or see the cruise web page linked on the “Travel” page of this site. Karen, our travel agent, will offer us the best deals available when you call and she will book us in the same group so we can be located somewhere near each other, and eat at similar times if we wish. Karen has years of experience, will organize things wonderfully. She’ll make sure that all sailing guest will receive any specials run by carnival and assist with deposits and payment programs.

IF I GO ON THE CRUISE, DO I NEED A PASSPORT?

Answer

For all cruising guests a passport significantly helps to streamline the process of getting through customs. It is not mandatory, but it makes travel much easier. We recommend submitting your passport application at least six months in advance because it is a government process, which at times can cause delays. IF WE WISH TO JOIN YOU FOR THE CRUISE, WHAT ARE PRICES LIKE?

Answer

It all depends on how much you want to spend. Please be advised that Carnival prices do change often. Cruise fare includes all of your food for the week, entertainment, comedy club, access to the pools, and casino, bars and dance venues. Alcoholic beverages are not included, but Carnival does offer an unlimited beverage package for an extra cost if you would like.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T ARRIVE AT THE CRUISE TERMINAL BY 10:00 AM?

Answer

If you do not arrive on time, you will not be able to board the ship in time for the wedding. Arrival by 10:00am is suggested, 10:30am at the latest. Our party will be first to board the ship once it is cleared by customs. Once on board there will be time to explore the ship, have brunch and relax before the ceremony. PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE, Carnival could turn you away if you don't arrive on time!

IS THERE SOMEWHERE TO CHANGE ON THE SHIP?

Answer

All sailing and non sailing guests must arrive at the Carnival terminal fully dressed for the wedding, no later than 10:00am. Time permitting, sailing guests may have an opportunity to go to their stateroom, however, there is no guarantee cabins will be ready prior to the ceremony.

How Do I make onboard purchases?

Answer

Sail & Sign Onboard Account. Sail & Sign® is Carnival's cashless on board credit program, which allows guests to charge onboard purchases and gratuities directly to a personal account for convenience. The Sail & Sign Card must be utilized for all money transactions on board as cash will not be an accepted form of payment.

Important information that our guest should know?

Answer

. All sailing guests should have their necessary documents filled out before arriving to the pier. All non-sailing guests will need to provide photo identification such as a driver's license or pass port, children under the age of 16 must bring a birth certificate, in order to obtain a visitor's pass. Any wedding guest who fails to provide proper photo identification will be denied boarding. Non-sailing guests will need to disembark the ship immediately after the wedding reception. Transportation to the pier from the airport and/or hotel is not included within your Wedding Package. All wedding couples and their guests are responsible for their own transportation to the pier and making sure they arrive on time.
