Our destination wedding adventure week is spread out along the gulf coast. Depending on when you plan to arrive and how much of the festivities you plan to enjoy with us may determine where you plan to stay.
If you plan to fly, we do recommend you fly into the Tampa airport for cost, accessibility, and location. Generally, we have found the best prices on Spirit Airlines, but you will have more flight options at a comparable price with Southwest and American Airlines.
Regarding accommodations, if you plan to participate in all the festivities from 11/8-11/11, you may want to find a hotel somewhere between Tarpon Springs and Weeki Wachee - New Port Richey would be an excellent location.
If you are only coming for the wedding and dinner cruise reception on 11.11, you would probably plan to stay in the Tampa/Clearwater Beach area.
(Air B&B typically has the best rates and comfortable accommodations with the Super Hosts)

SPIRIT AIRLINES just cancelled our flight to Tampa that was scheduled for 11/7/25, so we rebooked on SOUTHWEST for Saturday morning 11/8/25 at 10am. We are now flying roundtrip through Southwest, returning on 11/12/25.

American Airlines
At the time of this writing, you can get a round trip ticket from Indy to Tampa for $277, arriving in Tampa on Saturday 11/8 morning and leaving Tampa on Wednesday 11/12 late afternoon. Or, just get your one-way ticket from Tampa to Indy for $89 on the evening of Wednesday, Nov. 12.
