What is the dress code?

Are we allowed to bring our children?

Answer

Although, we love your little ones! This is an adult wedding. The only children/teenagers invited are those who are immediate family and are part of the wedding. If you need further clarification, please contact Shawn or Frederick.

Is there parking available at ceremony venue?

Answer

If you decide to drive, Chapel of the Flowers - the ceremony venue, has ample parking to accommodate all of our guest.

What to expect after the ceremony?

Answer

All guests will be escorted to dinner by a charter bus immediately following the ceremony. The charter will take guests from Chapel of the Flowers directly to dinner, there will be a private dining area provided to accommodate our guest. When dinner concludes, guest will be escorted back to Chapel of the Flowers on the charter bus.

What if I rsvp'd and need to cancel my reservation?

Answer

We understand that life happens, and unexpected circumstances arise. We ask that you notify the bride, groom, or Sharra Poncil (616-308-3297 or sharra.poncil@gmail.com) as soon as possible if you need to cancel. A head count is extremely important, and we will need to make changes to our dinner reservations immediately. We ask that you please be mindful of this request.

What if I cannot attend, will a streaming option be provided?

Answer

If you cannot attend, a streaming link will be provided and sent to your email. We will add the link as soon as it becomes available to this platform as well as to your email.

What will the weather be in Las Vegas?

Answer

A typical September in Las Vegas usually ranges between 85 degrees to approximately 95 degrees Fahrenheit. As we get closer to the date, we will update guest on the weather.

COVID-19 Policy and Procedure

Answer

We can't wait to have all our favorite people together in one place! With the current flu season and uptick in COVID-19 virus; we do encourage you to please follow all the safety guidelines and procedures as outlined by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), which are as follows: If you are sick and suspect you have COVID-19; please stay home and separate from others. Although we would love for you to attend, your health and wellness are more important. We will have mask available for those who are immunocompromised and who are uncomfortable.
