Yes, guest will park in the lower lot right off of the entrance and be taken to the ceremony location on a golf cart shuttle!
The ceremony starts at 4:30pm. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony to find a seat, but not earlier due to vendor set up and photos! Please keep in mind if you are staying closer to Boise it can be a 40-45 minute drive. If you have a part in the wedding you will receive a timeline! If you show up late to the ceremony please wait until it is over to join.
We are choosing to have an unplugged ceremony! You will be given a chance to take a photo at the beginning of the ceremony, after that we kindly ask to put all phones away! We love our photographer and want to be mindful of her job! After the ceremony feel free to take all the videos and pictures you want!
We have chosen to have an intimate/small wedding. If you do not see a "Plus one" addressed to your name when you RSVP please do not bring an additional guest. We are planning for a certain amount of guest and would like to stick to that. Please feel free to reach out directly to Shawn and Emily if you have question!
Overall we encourage Semi-Formal and to avoid white/cream! The ceremony will be on the grass right outside the reception building so please choose footwear accordingly. We do recommend keeping an eye on the weather and to bring a coat due to the unpredictable weather during May! Feel free to reach out to Emily directly if you have questions!
No! All vehicles have to be out of the parking lot at the end of the evening. The venue will be having another event the following day. Please plan accordingly if you plan on drinking!
Please RSVP by March 28th 2026. This will help us finalize number for all the vendors. We want to ensure that everyone has an amazing time on our special day! If you do not respond we will assume you will not be attending. If you have any trouble doing the RSVP please contact Shawn or Emily!
Please again do not hesitate to reach out to Shawn and Emily directly if you have any other questions! We don't want to have any confusion and would love to help!!
