Black Tie Optional We'd love for our guests to dress up with us! Black Tie Optional means a tuxedo or formal gown is welcome, but not required. A dark suit and tie or a formal dress is perfectly appropriate. Please no jeans, casual wear, or overly short dresses. Please Note: Our ceremony will be held outdoors. While we hope for beautiful weather, we cannot predict the conditions, so please keep this in mind when choosing your coat and shoes.
Please plan to arrive by 4:30 PM. The ceremony site is about a 10-15 minute scenic walk through the ranch, and we don’t want you to miss this beautiful experience. Flying W Ranch is truly stunning, and we’d love for you to enjoy the scenery along the way. For those who need assistance there will be a golf cart available. Ladies, please keep this walk in mind when selecting shoes—we recommend something comfortable and easy to walk in (no spike heels). For those who arrive a little early, refreshments will be available before the ceremony begins.
The closest airport will be Colorado Springs Airport. Denver is another option but will be approximately 1.5 hour drive to Manitou Springs
As much as we love all of our friends and families kids this will be a kids free wedding. We want this to be parents night out! Please make arrangements for children under the age of 15.
