Hotel
NOTE: Our hotel block is now full. There are plenty of hotels and AirBnBs/VRBOs nearby to choose from - search in Silverthorne for the closest. We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hotel Indigo in Silverthorne, CO! Rates are $199/night, and are valid for stays from August 22, 2025 until August 24, 2025. Use the group code BMW online or via phone for the discounted rate. If you experience any issues getting our block rate, please contact us before booking so we can see if we can get it fixed.
Travel Note
There are plenty of hotels, AirBnBs, VRBOs, and other rentals within a short distance of our venue! If you are looking to book your own lodging outside of the hotel block, please note that Loveland Ski Area is NOT the same as Loveland, CO - they are 100 miles away from each other! Use Dillon, Silverthorne, or Frisco as a reference point for lodging if booking your own.
Travel Note
We will be offering a shuttle to and from Hotel Indigo Silverthorne and Loveland Ski Valley before and after the wedding. You are welcome to book your own lodging outside of the hotel block but still utilize the shuttle! More details to come.
Flight
If flying, we recommend flying to Denver International Airport. From there, there are multiple options to get to the mountains. Car rentals are available at the airport, as well as shuttle companies (mountain carriers) and even public transportation (RTD and Bustang services.) For all transportation options from the airport, view the site below.
Travel Note
Please note that Denver is 5280 feet above sea level, and our venue is around 10,000 feet above sea level!! If you are coming from parts of the country with lower elevation, we recommend staying in the mountains at least one night before the wedding to allow yourself time to acclimate. Drink lots of water while here to help you adjust! We also recommend being more cautious with your alcohol intake, as alcohol has a stronger effect at high altitude! We will also have oxygen available for anyone who might experience any discomfort due to the altitude during the ceremony and reception.
