Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Shuttle Information - 40 passenger coach bus To the wedding: Shuttle departs from Holiday Inn at 4:10pm to go to Hampton Inn (across the street). Shuttle departs from Hampton Inn to White Stone Events at 4:20pm. To the hotels: First shuttle of the night will depart from White Stone Events at 10:15pm and will drop off at both hotels. Last shuttle of the night will arrive at White Stone Events at 11:15pm and will depart when everyone is aboard. If you leave your vehicle at the venue overnight, you must pick it up by 9am Sunday, June 7th.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on the wedding invitation.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive anytime between 4:15pm and 4:50pm as the ceremony will promptly start at 5:00pm. There is parking on site with a short walk to the ceremony that is held in the grass area.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love everyone’s littles, we are having a 21+ only event.

Indoor or Outdoor Ceremony?

Answer

Pending the weather, it will be outside. If it calls for rain the ceremony will be held inside The Bravo Barn.
