What time should I arrive?

We kindly ask guests to arrive by 4:00 PM. The ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM on August 22, 2026, and arriving a little early ensures everyone is seated and settled before the processional begins.

What’s the dress code?

We welcome guests to wear any colours and fabrics that make them feel their best. Because the venue includes both paved paths and grassy areas, block heels or flats are recommended for comfort and ease throughout the day.

Are kids allowed?

Only the children in the wedding party will be attending. We appreciate your understanding as we keep the celebration intimate and focused on the day’s events.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, with the reception held inside the same venue immediately afterward. In the event of rainfall, the ceremony will be moved indoors so everyone stays comfortable.

Is transportation provided?

We kindly ask guests to arrange their own transportation. The property is easily accessible by taxi, rideshare, or personal vehicle, and we’re happy to provide directions if needed.

Where should we park?

There is a private parking lot reserved specifically for the Greenhouse Venue. You’ll find it toward the back of the main parking area and up the hill, and it will be set aside exclusively for our guests.

The venue is approximately 17 minutes from the hotel, making it an easy and convenient drive for guests.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes, our gift to you. We’re excited to celebrate with you, and drinks will be available throughout the evening.

Dinner will include a Caesar salad, penne alla vodka, and honey garlic chicken served with vegetables and potatoes. A special menu will be provided for guests with dietary restrictions, ensuring everyone enjoys a delicious meal.

Yes, absolutely. Your presence is the greatest gift, but cash gifts are warmly welcomed if you choose to give one.

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present in the moment. You’re welcome to take pictures for the rest of the evening once the celebration begins.

What happens between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

After the ceremony, guests are invited to enjoy music, mingle, and relax while the bridal party and the couple complete their wedding photos. There’s no gap, just a smooth transition into a light, social pre‑reception atmosphere.

What time does the reception end?

The reception will wrap up at 1:00 AM, giving everyone plenty of time to dance, celebrate, and enjoy the evening before heading out.

Can I bring a plus‑one?

Answer

A select number of guests were given a plus‑one, which will be indicated on their invitation. We kindly ask that guests do not bring additional attendees who were not included on their RSVP. Thank you for helping us keep the celebration comfortable and intentional.
