Columbia River Gorge
Thirty-five minutes up Interstate 84 EAST you will reach the many beautiful sights in the Columbia River Gorge Scenic area. There are many falls including the famous Multnomah Falls. We recommend a visit to the Vista House for a breathtaking view of the gorge.
Hoyt Aboretum
If you'd like a beautiful forest hike without traveling far, Forest Park is a large natural area right in the city. Hoyt Arboretum is 190-acre park with thousands of native, global & endangered trees, plus 12 miles of hiking trails.

Here's a list of cute drags to saunter down. Alberta Arts District - stroll Alberta's main street to discover local art, live music and a wide range of bars and restaurants. Mississippi Street - North Mississippi Avenue features a long stretch of vibrant shops, unique bars, music venues and restaurants (and is only a half-mile away from even more acclaimed eateries and bars on North Williams Avenue). Nob Hill - fashionable and established neighborhood known for its trendy shopping on 23rd Avenue. A thriving dining scene covers refined restaurants and laid-back eateries with international cuisines, while cozy cafes pour specialty coffee. Hawthorne District - known for its bohemian vibe and an eclectic mix of quirky gift shops, bookstores and resale boutiques along Southeast Hawthorne Boulevard.
