When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP as soon as you can, no later than July 1st!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive 15-30 minutes early to the ceremony, 5:30pm on August 28th.

Due to venue restrictions, we are unable to accommodate children.

Is there a dress code?

Dress code is semi formal, encouraging vibrant colors!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we can only accommodate those listed on the RSVP page.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held indoor, however access to the entire botanical center indoor and outdoor is permitted throughout the event.

What happens if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

To make sure we have plenty of food and drinks for everyone, we kindly ask that all guests RSVP by July 1st. If we don’t hear from you by then, we’ll assume you’re unable to join us — and we’ll miss you dearly!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests do not take photos or videos during the ceremony. This allows our photographer to capture each moment clearly, without distractions or blocked views and lets everyone stay fully present with us.

Will there be a bar?

A cash bar will be available throughout the event, with host provided water, soft drinks, and mocktails available.

Will there be parking?

Complimentary parking is available for all guests at Roger Williams Park Botanical Center. If accessible parking and access is required, please let the bride and groom know in advance!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

The ceremony and reception are easily accessible by local taxi services and ride-sharing apps like Uber and Lyft.
