It all started in 2018, Elias saw Haley on the front porch of his stepmothers's house. They were both in town attending NC A&T's homecoming. It just so happens that Haley's mom and Elias's stepmom are dear friends. They locked eyes and were forever imprinted on one another. Once discovering they lived in the same city, despite connecting in North Carolina, they exchanged numbers and stayed in contact. A few years later, they ended up both working for ADP in Norfolk, VA , where they started spending time together. Unfortunately, they lost contact when Elias moved to Atlanta during the pandemic. A few years passed and while grocery shopping, Haley ran into Elias at the grocery store closest to her house. Instantly, the “spark” re-ignited and they exchanged numbers...again! As if no time had been lost, they reconnected and have been inseparable ever since. It became clear they were meant for each other. Elias knew Haley was the one, and wasted no time talking to her father to ask for his blessing. Recognizing that there are many special people in Haley's life, Elias took the extra step to ask some of those people for their blessings as well. Very quickly Elias and Haley met each other's extended families, and brought their parents together to meet and mingle with one another. The families instantly clicked, and the love overflowed. Once Elias's seven year old daughter, Neah, met Haley, the three of them fortified a strong bond. Haley and Elias decided to make their love official and commit to forever. Now in the midst of joyfully planning their wedding, they are looking forward to a life of love, family, and many memories.
