Car rentals usually cost between US$50 and US$75 per day, and the daily price is often cheaper if you rent for multiple days. Drivers must be 25 years or older. Before driving, visitors need a Grenadian driving permit. You can get one by showing a valid driver’s license at the Central Police Station on The Carenage in St. George’s. The permit costs EC$60. Some rental companies include the local driving permit with the rental.
