Travel + accommodations

Due to the very small number of invited guests, we will not be reserving room blocks at any hotels. As you book your travel, take 2 min to fill out a short form we created to get an idea of when people are getting into town to start celebrating! If you haven't already, access the form via this link; just copy/paste into your browser: https://forms.gle/8k61rfCYtP6pLkW1A As always, please reach out if you have any questions.

House Or Rental

AirBnB

AirBnB has amazing options all around the city. The ceremony will take place in Montmartre, which is the neighborhood where we will also stay.

Flight

cdg

Paris-Charles de Gaulle (CDG) International Airport is the main airport in Paris and will give you the most flight options. Upon landing, CDG is about 16 miles from Paris city center - expect traffic if you are taking an Uber or taxi. We like to take the train from the airport, but that just may be the New Yorkers in us ;) Pro-tip: Book at least 3 weeks before departure to avoid high fares.

Travel Note

Traveling to France during COVID - Please read

If you are not vaccinated, please celebrate us from home. U.S. citizens who are fully vaccinated and traveling from the U.S. are allowed to travel to France for any reason. These travelers need to provide a proof of vaccination and will not need to quarantine. As of September 2021, almost everything has reopened in Paris, with mask wearing in place for some indoor settings. Please keep in mind, proof of vaccination is required for restaurants and cafes. Plus, to see your favorite sites (museums, Eiffel Tower, etc) you will have to plan ahead as many sites now require tickets be bought online ahead of time. We will most likely have to update this section closer to the date with the evolving environment. Please check back for updates.

Travel Note

Traveling back to the U.S. during COVID

Effective June 12, 2022, travelers entering or returning to the U.S. no longer need to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test. Foreign nationals will be required to show proof of vaccination at the airport. Additional requirements may vary based on age and citizenship. All non-U.S. citizen, non-U.S. immigrants traveling to the United States by air are required to show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Only limited exceptions apply. Please expect longer than usual wait times at the airport and plan to arrive at least 3 hours before all international flights into the U.S.
