Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! The wedding will be at La Jolla Shores Hotel, where we will be staying with our families. Please reference the "Travel" tab to use our booking link for a discount. The hotel is directly on the beach and a short walk from shops and restaurants. We've also listed a few other options under the "Travel" tab.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we're excited to celebrate with you in a beach formal setting. Think elegant, comfortable and coastal-inspired attire. For gentlemen, linen or lightweight suits, dress shirts and soft, neutral colors are encouraged. Loafers, boat shoes or other formal footwear are perfect for the occasion. For ladies, long maxi dress or sun dress in coastal-inspired colors are encouraged. Since the ceremony is in the sand, we suggest wedges, block heels or flat sandals as stilettos may sink in the sand.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be parking in the garage at La Jolla Shores Hotel. Parking will be $15 with the event. In the case the parking garage is full, guests may be directed to utilize nearby public parking, including street parking or the Kellogg Park public lot.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have reserved seats specifically for those listed on the invitation. If your invitation contains a guest, their name will appear when you RSVP.

Answer

The closest airport for those flying will be San Diego International Airport.
