Where is the ceremony and reception located?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place in Suisun City. The full venue address will be shared with confirmed guests closer to the event date.

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both. The vow renewal ceremony will be held outdoors, followed by the reception indoors at the venue. Guests will have the flexibility to move between indoor and outdoor spaces throughout the evening.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We encourage guests to dress in formal or black-tie attire. Cocktail attire is also welcome if that is more comfortable.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome. However, parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children throughout the event. Please also be mindful of your total headcount when submitting your RSVP, as this will be an intimate celebration.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Yes. If you plan to bring a guest, please ensure they are included when submitting your RSVP. Due to limited capacity, guests who are not accounted for in advance may not be accommodated.

Will there be an open bar?

Cocktails will be provided for a limited portion of the evening, along with a champagne toast. Guests are also welcome to bring their own beverages if they wish.

Yes, dinner will be served buffet-style during the reception.

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

Smoking is permitted only on the outdoor patio area. We kindly ask that guests dispose of it properly and help us keep the venue clean.

Is this an unplugged ceremony?

No, guests are welcome to take photos and videos. However, we kindly ask that any posts on social media do not have the location tagged until after the event to help keep things private.

Why are you renewing your vows?

Answer

We were married during the COVID pandemic, which meant many of our family and friends were unable to celebrate with us at the time. Being able to share this special moment with the people we love means a great deal to us, and we are excited to celebrate together during our anniversary.

What should we expect during the celebration?

The day will include a vow renewal ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, dancing, speeches, and cake cutting.

Is there parking?

Answer

Street parking is available directly outside the venue in the surrounding residential area. Please be courteous to residents and do not block driveways, as vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense. Additional overflow parking is available approximately one block away near the marina, which is a short and easy walk to the venue.
