WE’RE GETTING MARRIED!

What started out as a night with friends, ended up being so much more. It was Thursday, October 29th, 2015 and the halloween spirit was in the air. Costume parties, candy, and party punch could be found around every corner. Lacy, an eager freshman in college spent the beginning of the night hopping from costume party to costume party. Shaun, on the other hand, explains his night as being “dragged out of the house.” With a mission to both have a good night, they got word of a halloween party happening at a nearby bar called “El Sol.” Lacy arrived with girlfriends ready to dance the night away and shortly after Shaun arrived with his friends just looking to have a good time. The first person Shaun ran into was Lacy at the bar with her girlfriends and they quickly found out they have a lot in common. The chatting continued until it led itself to the dance floor, where they both danced the night away. This was just the beginning of a crazy weekend. Lacy knew there was something special about this boy and she had to see him again. Both Friday and Saturday were spent having long conversations that kept them up all night long. After only a few weeks of talking to each other, they felt like they had known each other for years. Not long after they met, Shaun took Lacy on a hike at Ruffner Mountain where he would ask Lacy to be his girlfriend and as they say, “The rest is history.”
