We started out as just two people who loved food. We went out to eat at some great restaurants, then it was enjoying each other’s company and conversation. We didn’t think anything would lead up to where we are today. He wasn’t looking for a relationship, she was but she was fine if we just got to friends’ level. We were both wrong, we started spending more and more time together which led to us liking each other, then led to dating, and eventually got us to talking about marriage and becoming more serious and not wanting to be with anyone else. It takes someone special to get him to “Stop my world and put my phone down!” That’s how he knew. She knew when he accepted her daughter and called them, “A packaged deal.” No one before him would consider both of them, they just wanted to be with half the deal. Her daughter is her whole world and if a man couldn’t accept that than he wasn’t the right one for her. Together they will continue making a better and stronger team.
