Remember Forrest Gump running from coast to coast to a lighthouse in Maine? This is that lighthouse! Only 5 minutes from Tenants Harbor. The parents of the bride both volunteer time at this lighthouse and it's a must see!

Ferry to Monhegan Island

Take a ferry from Port Clyde and visit Monhegan Island - a beautiful island 11 miles off the coast from Port Clyde, shaped like a whale. There are 17 miles of hiking trails on Monhegan, with hundreds of species of wildflowers and seabirds. Monhegan island is also an art colony, with as many as 20 studios. Enjoy a cold beer at Monhegan Brewing!

Drift Inn Beach

Rock and sand beach between Tenants Harbor and Port Clyde. Go at low tide for best conditions. Awesome for kids!
