Why are you getting married again?

Answer

So that we can celebrate with all of you! We were married in a very, very small ceremony in 2020, but due to Covid restrictions we couldn’t share in it with too many people. We wanted to do something where both sides of our families and friends could join in, meet, and share in this beautiful occasion with us. This will also allow us to have a more traditional style wedding where we can partake in all of things like walks down the aisle, first dances, and having a blast with everyone we love!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Very hot and very humid. You’re gonna feel sweaty and sticky, so we suggest packing light clothes. Lots of shorts and tanks, and definitely some swimming attire! Also purchase lots and lots of sunscreen once you get here.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same venue?

Answer

Yes! So no need to worry about transportation between events.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as possible so we can get numbers to caterer and venue staff. Please feel free to reach out to either one of us with any questions.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking available at the venue. There are two different sides and we are not sure yet if the other part has been rented out for another wedding. The area we have rented does have parking across the street from our entrance. We recommend using the 450 Missouri Ave address as our ceremony will be on the South Side.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have booked a block through Sheraton Louisville Riverside in Jeffersonville, IN for Friday and Saturday. Please see our Travel tab for the link to book or call the hotel and mention the RAPACZ (rap - atch) WEDDING BLOCK.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The Sheraton does provide a courtesy shuttle to the venue and into Downtown Louisville. There is also Uber and Lyft services available in the area.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please do! There should be a section under your RSVP where you can list any requests. Contact either one of us if you have any concerns or issues.
