Travel Note
Please keep in mind that traveling during the winter can come with flight delays. The road to Copper Mountain can be very busy depending on the time/day/weather. We sincerely hope that does not happen, but a 2 hour drive can easily turn into 4. Please plan your flights with this in mind.
Hotel
NOTE THE CODE IS NOW ACTIVE. This is lodging available through Copper Mountain. The wedding will be held in center village, for reference. We have a room block from 2/19-2/21 with the code 6820. Please call in to receive any potential group discount. Guests will be responsible for phoning in their reservations. Telephone Copper Mountain Resort on their toll-free group reservations line at (866) 837-2996. Guests must identify their group affiliation as the Fuhrman Keiner Wedding - Group Code: 6820 when making their reservations.
Travel Note
Our wedding is in Center Village, but East Village and West Village are options. The free village shuttles run from 7am-10pm. Additional lodging in Copper Mountain can be found here: https://www.coppercolorado.com/lodging-amenities/lodging-overview/ Lodging in Copper Mountain can be limited. Here is some additional information if you would prefer to stay in a nearby town. Frisco, CO is 11 minutes to Copper. Silverthorne, CO is 13 minutes to Copper. Parking in the Alpine Lot is free at Copper Mountain during the day. Overnight parking from 10pm-5am is $20. Please note the walking distance and/or shuttle times to center village. You may also want to consider airbnb/vrbo.
Travel Note
Cars can be rented at the Denver Airport through various companies. Please keep in mind you will be driving through the mountains in the winter. AWD, 4WD, or chains are likely required by law. There are also several shuttles from the airport to Copper Mountain that you would need to book in advance.
