FAQs

Question

How will I get from Cancun airport to Tulum?

Answer

There are plenty of taxis outside of Cancun airport! They cost about $100-$150 one way for one vehicle, not per person. So try to coordinate with a group to save money or you can also schedule a car online. Your hotel accommodation will be able to assist in getting a car set up for you as well.

Question

How do I exchange my money?

Answer

You can exchange cash at the airport, on the beach strip & in town. Cabs will only take pesos, so if you plan on getting a cab from the airport make sure you have pesos ready to pay. About 75% of restaurants will accept debit or credit. We recommend keeping pesos on you at all times just incase. ATMs are scattered about throughout the beach strip.
