Question

Am I able to stay on the venue property?

Answer

There is RV parking available on the property. No hook up so power and water are your own responsibility. If you would like to stay on the property please RSVP to karenkeeney81@gmail.com by August 10th. Must check out on September 25th by 12:00 noon Camping is: $40 per person + $20 for RV

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside and the reception will be inside a mostly enclosed barn.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the cocktail area where we will be serving finger foods and beverages.

What should I do if I can not make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Where should guests park?

Answer

Signs will be posted to direct traffic. Parking is open so there should be no issues finding a spot.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

We will be serving Mexican food. Carnitas, Chicken, rice, beans, cheese enchiladas, chips, salsa and ceviche.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Our ceremony will be unplugged, meaning no phones or photographs during then. However after the ceremony, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #ToasttoOchs so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
