Joshua came into Emily’s life with a story rich and layered: a wrestler turned chef with a cowboy’s heart and a deep desire to build something meaningful. Emily, who had been cattle ranching for eight years, jumped at the chance to show this cowboy the ropes! When Joshua took a leap of faith into farming, Emily lept into the dream alongside him.
