Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 6:00 PM, so please arrive by no later than 5:30 so we can get everyone settled and ready to go!

Is the venue accessible for those with disabilities?

Answer

Yes, the Eagles Aerie has a large parking lot with handicap parking and there are no stairs leading into the building. There are also accessible stalls available in both the men's and women's restrooms.

Can we bring our own beverages?

Answer

No. The Eagles has a very strict policy for outside beverages for the dining hall, main lounge area, and the parking lot. We will get fined and asked to leave for breaching contract if we have outside beverages, therefore any guests that are caught will be asked to leave immediately! We will provide each guest over the age of 21 with 2 drink tokens to get them started, and after that they may purchase beer, wine, and cocktails from our bartender. Our bartender will be checking IDs before distributing drink tokens and reserves the right to check IDs at any point in the evening and refuse service to anyone who appears overly intoxicated.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Yes! Children are more than welcome to attend, however anyone under the age of 21 is restricted to the event room and the main hallway as the Aerie has a strict "No minors in the bar and main lounge area" policy. We do have limited seating, so please make sure to RSVP all members of your family who are going to attend so we can make sure we have enough room and food for everyone! Please bear in mind as well, the Eagles is a bar and we are renting the event hall. Please make sure your children are not wandering around the bar and lounge area or we may be asked to leave.
