We met at Art Bar in the Crosstown Concourse. We liked each other immediately and we have been together ever since!

On the day we learned that Rhomes was accepted to the Memphis Fire Academy, I spontaneously suggested we go out for a nice dinner at Catherine & Mary's to celebrate. Since I planned the dinner, Rhomes took advantage of this opportunity to catch me off guard. He proposed to me at the end of our meal with a beautiful ring he had been hiding for weeks! It was the sweetest surprise and absolutely perfect.
