Please arrive early to allow time for parking at the Stanford Oval and walking to the church (about a 10 minute walk). Doors of the church will open at 2:20 PM and close at 2:50 PM with the ceremony beginning promptly at 3:00 PM.
Our ceremony will take place at Stanford Memorial Church 450 Jane Stanford Way, Stanford, CA 94305 A reception will follow at HL Peninsula Milpitas 136 Ranch Dr, Milpitas, CA 95035
From Highway 101 (North & South) From Highway 101 take University Avenue exit west toward Palo Alto. Proceed on University Avenue through downtown. University Avenue becomes Palm Drive. Continue on Palm Drive until the street ends on “The Oval” – a large grass area in front of the Stanford Quad. Free parking is available at The Oval or in the two Roth Way parking lots located on either side of The Oval. Parking will be free in "A," "C," and "shared" resident/commuter lots on Saturdays. From the Oval, walk up the steps into the Stanford Quad. From Highway 280 (North & South) Take Sand Hill Road exit toward Menlo Park/Stanford. Continue east on Sand Hill Road for about 1.5 miles. Turn right on Santa Cruz then make an immediate left onto Junipero Serra Blvd. Proceed 0.5 miles and turn left on Campus Drive. Continue around the Campus Drive loop for 1.7 miles. Turn right on Palm Drive. Continue on Palm Drive until the street ends on “The Oval” – a large grass area in front of the Stanford Quad. Free parking is available at The Oval or in the two Roth Way parking lots located on either side of The Oval. Parking will be free in "A," "C," and "shared" resident/commuter lots on Saturdays. From the Oval, walk up the steps into the Stanford Quad. From El Camino Real From El Camino Real turn west onto Palm Drive/University Avenue towards Stanford University. As you enter the university, University Avenue will turn into Palm Drive. Continue on Palm Drive until the street ends on “The Oval” – a large grass area in front of the Stanford Quad. Free parking is available at The Oval or in the two Roth Way parking lots located on either side of The Oval. Parking will be free in "A," "C," and "shared" resident/commuter lots on Saturdays. Please be sure to read all posted signs — “A,” “C,” and “shared” resident/commuter lots will be open for free parking on weekends. There will be ample free parking right outside of HL Peninsula Milpitas.
We kindly ask that you put away all phones and cameras. In keeping with church policy, no photos or videos may be taken during the ceremony. Our photographer will capture everything and we can’t wait to get some photos with our guests at the reception!
Yes! Following the ceremony, there will be a short break before we gather for dinner at HL Peninsula Milpitas. We will be on Stanford University's beautiful campus, so we invite you to take a walk, snap some photos, or simply enjoy the scenery while we prepare for the reception.
We invite you to dress in cocktail attire! For women, this means elegant knee to mid-length dresses or dressy jumpsuit or separates. We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing colors traditionally reserved for the bride such as white, cream, ivory, or silver. For men, a dark colored jacket or blazer with dress pants (ties optional).
We've already filled our cozy apartment with everything we need (and a few things we don't!). Instead of traditional wrapped gifts, we'd appreciate contributions toward our first home, honeymoon, or meaningful experiences together. You can use our online registry here on our website (through Venmo or Zelle) or share a cash gift on the day of the celebration.
