Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While children are welcome at the resort, we kindly ask that our events remain adults-only if possible. We truly hope this can be a relaxing getaway for everyone, and we’d love for our guests to enjoy the celebration without distractions. That said, we completely understand if bringing children is necessary—please know the resort does offer a family-friendly section that can be booked if needed.

Question

How many nights do I have to stay?

Answer

The resort requires a minimum 3-night stay currently. However, the longer you wait to book, resort might require a 4-night minimum stay. We will have events planned throughout your stay to keep you entertained but please feel free to do activities on your own if you chose to. Please plan to arrive by Thursday, November 5th, 2026, the latest to give yourself plenty of time for the wedding festivities and to avoid any potential travel delays.

Question

What airport should I fly into

Answer

Cancún International Airport (CUN) is the most convenient airport to fly into. Please note that upon arrival, the area outside the terminal can be quite busy, with many individuals offering transportation services. We recommend politely declining or simply stating that you already have transportation arranged. To ensure a smooth arrival experience, we highly recommend booking your transportation to the hotel in advance. Doing so will help minimize stress and make your arrival more seamless.

Question

Do I have to book with the travel agency - Barefoot Bridal?

Answer

It is highly recommended that guest book with our travel agency as this will allow us to keep track of how many more rooms, we need for our room block. If you have any questions regarding travel, please reach out to the bride (717-945-9095) or barefoot bridal agent Diana through the travel tab. If you chose to book outside of the travel agency, please sent us your travel information no later than August 1st so we can include in our guest list for the resort.
