We're getting married!

Daniel and Sharlot met on June 8, 2022. It was Wednesday night at Grace Community Church, Daniel was invited by a mutual friend to attend the mid week Spanish Ministry Bible study. Sharlot, being exhausted from a busy day of teaching 1st grade, decided she would stay home and have a slow evening, but then changed her mind at the last minute and went. After the study, a mutual friend introduced them to each other. The two hit it off and decided they wanted to get to know each other more, even in the distance. On March 10, 2023 Daniel flew to LA to formally ask Sharlot to be his girlfriend. The two continued to grow in the Lord individually and as a couple, Sharlot in LA and Daniel in Cali. On December 19, 2023 during a very romantic lunch date in beautiful Cali, Colombia, Daniel got down on one knee and asked Sharlot to marry him, to which Sharlot after a long pause, of course said "yes!" We are so thankful for what the Lord has done in our lives, for bringing us together. All Glory be to Him!
