When and where is the wedding?

Our ceremony and reception will both take place on June 10, 2026, at the Hilton Garden Inn Arlington Shirlington.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 4:45 pm to allow time for parking, seating, and getting settled. The ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm. For guests staying at the hotel, check-in starts at 3:00 pm.

Where should I park?

A self-pay parking garage is located across the street on the 4th floor.

How do I get around if I’m coming from out of town?

Answer

The hotel is just 10 minutes from Ronald Reagan Airport, and a free shuttle will get you there (Sun-Sat 7am-11pm). The same shuttle also runs to the Pentagon City Metro station, where you can catch a train and be in downtown D.C. in about 20 minutes.

The evening will kick off with a cocktail hour, followed by buffet stations, plenty of drinks, and a sweet finish with dessert.
